Integration Guide
Getting started with Campus AI.
Everything you need to deploy Campus AI at your institution — from institutional onboarding to student self-service.
Getting Started for Institutions
- 1Contact our partnerships team to schedule an onboarding discovery call
- 2Define your institution's AI governance framework and determine which capability areas (simulation, study support, feedback, content creation) to activate
- 3Configure Azure AD SSO and Canvas LTI 1.3 integration with your IT team once available (integration is in development — timeline: Q4 2026–Q3 2027)
- 4Define role mappings: sync your LMS roles (Student, Instructor, Admin) to Campus AI roles
- 5Set up data residency preferences and review logging/audit configuration
- 6Configure content filtering and guardrail policies to align with institutional AI policy
- 7Onboard pilot cohort with selected academic staff and students (4-6 week pilot recommended)
- 8Review usage analytics, gather feedback, and plan institutional rollout
Getting Started for Academic Staff
- 1Log in via your institution's SSO (Azure AD SSO integration is in development; direct portal access available today)
- 2Create your first AI Agent: upload course materials (lecture notes, readings, rubrics) and configure the agent's focus area and tone
- 3Build rubrics for formative feedback: define criteria, levels, and weights for AI-supported draft assessment
- 4Create flashcard decks and quiz sets from course content — automatically or manually
- 5Set up simulation scenarios for role-play based learning in your discipline
- 6Review the feedback queue: AI-generated feedback on student drafts comes to you for human-in-the-loop review before release
- 7Monitor student engagement and AI usage through the staff dashboard
Getting Started for Students
- 1Access Campus AI through your institution's portal — Canvas LTI link will be available once integration is complete (timeline: Q4 2026)
- 2Your enrolled units appear automatically. Select a unit to see available AI study tools
- 3Use AI Chat to ask questions about your course materials — responses are grounded in your unit's uploaded content
- 4Create flashcards from your study notes or let AI generate them from course materials
- 5Practice with AI-powered quizzes in multiple modes (multiple choice, true/false with confidence rating, written answer)
- 6Submit assignment drafts for formative AI feedback before your final submission
- 7Engage in simulation scenarios for skills practice — clinical, legal, communication, or professional
